Ross, Ross, & "more Ross": Spotlight on Ross!

There isn’t much else to say other than “I love Ross”. My parents still reside at 1 Sylvan Lane. Having been raised in the town of Ross, and subsequently raising my own three children in Ross, I feel incredibly blessed to have such longstanding ties to the community. When showing buyers my listings in Ross, I love sharing the stories of my own three children attending the K-8th grade Ross School, going off to high school and college, and then ultimately having their best friends continue to be the friends they met in Kindergarten at Ross School. My son (also named Ross) lived with two of his best friends from Ross after college in San Francisco. Many of the original gang will be in his upcoming wedding this Spring. The longevity of the friendships with all three of my children speaks volumes to the community, and how it differentiates itself. The incredibly small class sizes, superior education, walkability, warmer summer evenings, tree-lined streets and stately architecture are all compelling. However, ultimately, it’s the people and friendships there that make it so unique. The ties that bind us……

Check out two new Ross listings below. Market stats to follow in the next newsletter post closings Q1.

Take the Necessary Steps to Prep!

2023 Before & After Highlights Reel

Sellers tend to pull back investing in their homes in a high-interest rate market. The inclination is to not spend money to get a higher price as sellers fear that they may not get offers. Having worked in three prior challenging markets, I can tell you without doubt that it is critical to invest in pre-listing prep for your home in this market and ANY market. My formula provides a 3 times return on investment for cosmetic improvements that create immediate equity for you as a seller. Check out my quick video above on how transformative these improvements are.
